We work from Saturday to Thursday. Fridays and public holidays are off.

Delivery Time

Orders usually arrive in 2 to 5 days depending on your location.

Order Processing

In-stock orders ship within 1 business day.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and address.

Delivery Address

We deliver to the address you provide. If no one is there to receive your order, contact us to reschedule. We try delivery up to 3 times and won't be responsible for orders held more than 7 days.

Urgent Orders

For fast delivery, please contact our customer service.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours.

After 24 hours, a shipping fee will be charged for cancellation or modification.

Package Inspection Policy

Customers are allowed to inspect the package upon delivery to confirm the correct order was received.

Please note that product trials or usage before payment are not available.
