Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

For products with:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctions
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect or counterfeit items
  • Items that do not match the product description
A free return or exchange is available within 30 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and contents
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products without original packaging
  • Products with missing accessories or damaged contents
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Hot Sale or Clearance items

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within up to 14 business days using the original payment method whenever applicable.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Dubizo reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the return policy conditions.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue.
